Contract Manufacturing
Sai Quest works alongside it's sister affiliate, acting as a marketing arm for it's contract manufacturing and custom synthesis services. We have the capability to supply GMP APIs and advanced intermediates to support all stages of development from initial scale-up activities to support pre-clinical studies, and onwards into pilot manufacture for clinical trials. We have a team of 75 process chemists available with extensive experience in early stage process development and scale-up. Sai Quest plays a role by bringing these services to it's local manufacturing clients, who see a need to outsource excess production requirements or contract services of a custom manufacturing GMP facility.

Our equipment and operational capabilities include
• Glass-lined and stainless steel reactors ranging in sizes from 25L to 2000L
• Ability to handle temperature ranges from -80C to +200C
• Hydrogenation up to 1000L capacity at 200psi
• Large-scale column chromatography
• Dryers ad blenders
• Class 100,000 clean-room facilities for API handling
• On-site utilities (generator, boiler and chillers)
• Extensive in-house QA/QC experience
